Vanilla kipper & coconut macaroons

Vanilla crescents

ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 70 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g of ground hazelnuts

preparation

  1. Process flour, egg, butter, baking powder and powdered sugar into a dough.
  2. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then roll the biscuits into 50 g icing sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar.

coconut macaroons

ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 70 g quark
  • 4 drops of bitter almond or lemon
  • 200 grams of grated coconut
  • wafers

preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together and spread on wafers.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
