Vanilla kipper & coconut macaroons
Vanilla crescents
ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 70 g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g butter
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g of ground hazelnuts
preparation
- Process flour, egg, butter, baking powder and powdered sugar into a dough.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Then roll the biscuits into 50 g icing sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar.
coconut macaroons
ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 70 g quark
- 4 drops of bitter almond or lemon
- 200 grams of grated coconut
- wafers
preparation
- Mix the ingredients together and spread on wafers.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
