Wild boar goulash with sweet potato mash

The eternal question of what I cook in the next time, so once looked into the freezer, what there are still available for treasures. During the thinning of the freezer I was then 1 package with 700 g wild boar goulash in the hands of my hunting friend.
The wild boar goulash just laughed at my motto, thaw me up and spoiled you with a delicious meal? ... I could not resist that and so there was the next day a goulash from the wild pig.
As a side dish, I have then agreed after intensive consultation with the blackheads on a stomp of the sweet potato.

- 700 g wild boar goulash ready cut
- 500 ml Dornfelder dry
- 800 ml wild stock
- 2 red onions cut into fine cubes
- 150 g prunes dried
- 80 g raisins
- 50 g dark chocolate grated
- 30 g of tomato paste
- 50 g of butter lard
- 1 tbsp flour
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Decoration and taste
- 50 g roasted and salted chopped macadamia
- some branches of thyme
