Yeast dough - so he always succeeds

I love yeast pastries - I've NEVER got it in the past. At some point in our mom and pop shop came the conversation - yeast dough to make it so easy - and I complained of my suffering.

The old merchant's wife looked at me, held a hand under her voluminous breasts and raised it: "SO must be Hefeteig." - So that's the secret.

Stir or knead your yeast dough according to recipe and do the test. If the dough is too hard, liquid is missing. Should it be too soft / sticky (which was absolutely never the case with me), knead some flour with it. Then go on to recipe.

So I really get every yeast recipe, no matter if rolls, particles, cakes or whatever. No matter what the recipe says: I know now whether flour or liquid is missing, and can improve.

? Whether silicone breasts can keep up there, I do not know.
