Avocados with shrimp cocktail
As a starter or snack
Ingredients per person:
1 avocado
For the shrimp cocktail (homemade):
1 pack of fresh-cooled party shrimps, cooked (for 2 persons)
Natural yoghurt (3.5% fat)
salt
pepper
lemon juice
Dill (fresh or frozen dill)
Preparation:
Halve and core the avocado (s) lengthwise.
Mix 1 cup of natural yoghurt with salt, pepper and lemon juice (lemon to taste 1-3 teaspoons), add dill (chopped) (also to taste). Add the cooked shrimp and mix everything.
Add 1-2 tbsp prawn cocktail to the core of the avocado and serve with baguette.
