  • ½ pepper yellow
  • 1 onion red
  • 1 meat tomato
  • 1 mango

For the dressing:

  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of olive oil
  • 30 ml of honey
  • Salt, chilli powder, black pepper to taste

For the sheep's cheese:

  • 2 x 200 g feta cheese
  • Salt, paprika, black pepper to taste

To bread:

  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to flavor the egg mass

To fry:

  • 80 ml of neutral oil

preparation

  1. Preparations for the salad: Cut the iceberg lettuce into pleasing pieces.
  2. Cut the tomato in half cut out the stalk and cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the cucumber diagonally across the pips with a spoon and cut into thin half rings.
  4. Remove the peppers from the kernels and white skins and cut into thin strips.
  5. Cut the onion into halves and cut into thin slices.
  6. Cut the mango on both sides along the core. Take a cut piece in your hand and use a knife to cut a 1x1 cm cube grid into the pulp, but do not cut the bowl. Invert the mango piece, you can now easily cut off the pieces of fruit.
  7. Mix all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  8. The dressing: Mix all ingredients and season to taste.
  9. The sheep cheese: Dry the sheep cheese with kitchen paper. Season with salt black pepper and paprika.
  10. To build a breadcrumbs consisting of 3 plates: 1. Flour, 2. Egg-covered egg (I'll spice that up again with salt, pepper, paprika), 3. Breadcrumbs.
  11. Season the cheese (with salt pepper and paprika), dust with flour, then strain through the egg and top with breadcrumbs.
  12. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sheep's cheese on medium heat on each side for about 3 minutes until crispy.

finish

Mix the salad with the dressing, draping it on a plate, put the fried sheep's cheese on it and you're ready to enjoy it.
