Dessert - Mixed melon salad

Here is a creation that offers itself as a light dessert:

Ingredients: for 3 - 4 servings

1 small honeydew melon
1 cantaloupe
250 g dark grapes
1 orange
500 g Litchis, pitted, from the tin


Preparation:

1. Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Cut out balls from the melon meat and place in a bowl.

2. Cut in half the grapes and remove all seeds with a sharp knife. Give grapes to the melons.


3. Use a sharp knife to remove the peel and white skin from the orange. Carefully cut out the segments between the membranes and use the knife tip to remove all cores. Add orange segments to the melons. Press the orange membranes over the bowl to bring out the remaining juice.

4. Pour the litchis with the syrup into the bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. To serve in individual serving bowls.

Especially the children will love him.
