Extremely chocolaty chocolate cake

You need:
- 250g dark chocolate couverture
- 250g butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 550g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 100g of flour

Preparation:
First chop the couverture into small pieces and melt the butter in a pot, then add the couverture and mix everything to a smooth mass, pour in the cocoa powder and stir again.

In a separate bowl, stir the sugar and eggs until frothy (sugar should dissolve as well as possible so that it does not burn on the bottom when baking). Add the flour, stir until smooth and then mix with the chocolate butter mixture.
