Cover the fruit skewers with chocolate.
That's how it's done
- Cut bananas and / or strawberries into bite-sized pieces, skewer on shashlik skewers.
- Melt the whole milk couverture in a hot water bath and "scurry" over the skewers with a saucepan in zig zag. The more chocolate, the better!
- But do not forget to place baking paper under the skewers until the chocolate is firm because the skewers would otherwise stick to the plate ...
