Fruit skewers covered with chocolate

Cover the fruit skewers with chocolate.

That's how it's done

  1. Cut bananas and / or strawberries into bite-sized pieces, skewer on shashlik skewers.
  2. Melt the whole milk couverture in a hot water bath and "scurry" over the skewers with a saucepan in zig zag. The more chocolate, the better!
  3. But do not forget to place baking paper under the skewers until the chocolate is firm because the skewers would otherwise stick to the plate ...
  4. Of course you can also take other fruits.
