- 200 g of green-kernel meal
- 30 g of flaxseed
- 3 onions

- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Vegetable broth as needed
preparation
Stir everything together, add enough vegetable stock until the dough is smooth, pour the dough into a casserole or silicone mold, let rest for at least 3 hours.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 200 ° C.
