  • 250 grams of Okara
  • 200 g of green-kernel meal
  • 30 g of flaxseed
  • 3 onions
  • each 1 go. pepper, paprika sharp, mustard seed ground
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • Vegetable broth as needed

preparation

Stir everything together, add enough vegetable stock until the dough is smooth, pour the dough into a casserole or silicone mold, let rest for at least 3 hours.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 200 ° C.
