Tasty vegan tomato sauce with creamy cashew sauce

ingredients
- 500 g of pasta
- creamy cashew sauce (as a cream substitute)
- olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small tin of diced tomatoes
- Spinach (how much you like)
- fresh Baslikium, chopped
- 3 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt
- pepper
preparation
- Boil noodles.
- While in a large wok, heat the oil to medium heat. Then add the onions and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Then the pieces of tomato and spinach. Cook until the spinach is 'snarled' together.
- Now add the creamy cashew sauce, basil, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
