Hazelnut Ring

Ingredients dough
- 300 g of flour
- 2 deleted TL backin
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 vanillin
- 1 egg
- 2 Table spoons of milk
Process everything to a thick dough, dough hooks are appropriate.
Cut 125 g of shortening into pieces and mix in.
Ingredients filling
- 200 g of ground hazelnuts
- 100 g of sugar
- 4 drops of bitter almond oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 3-4 tablespoons water
preparation
- Knead dough, then roll out, about 1/2 cm thick (tip: roll out on the baking paper immediately then it is easier to bring on the plate!).
- Put the ingredients for the filling in a bowl all the way to the egg whites and mix everything together. Stir the egg whites and stir evenly into the mixture.
- Put this mixture on top of the dough, leave a little margin, brush with some egg or water to make it sticky.
- Roll up evenly and join the ends. Brush the wreath with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven 175-200 degrees for 45 minutes.
- So that it does not go out of shape, you can attach a back ring around it, but it must be a big one, or you can just bake it like me on the baking sheet without shape.
