Lukewarm pasta salad with colorful peppers

ingredients
- 250 g of tomatoes
- 1 red, green and yellow pepper each
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 500 g of pasta - e.g. spirelli
- a lot of basil

preparation
- Brew tomatoes, skin, quarter, core. Cut the peppers into pieces. Dice onions and Knofi.
- Heat oil. Fry onions and Knofi glassy, add paprika, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to instructions. Plucking basil. Drain the pasta and drain, then mix everything.
- Tastes lukewarm best - can also be reheated the microwave. In the end I plan Parmesan over it.
