Make frosting yourself
I baked cookies for the day with a few kids. Of course, the kids stood out. In the end came the question: "What can one do on it?"
I came up with the idea: frosting.
ingredients
(equivalent to three food colors)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water (small cup)
- Food coloring
- 3 packets of powdered sugar
- bowl
- mixer
In the bowl comes first the egg. This is beaten foamy with the blender. In between, a little water comes in. At the end, when it's beaten, the whole packet of icing sugar is poured in and then it's time to mix, mix and mix. Then the food color comes in (not so much).
This is then mixed again until it looks like icing (viscous). This can be done in a grocery bag. There is a hole in the corner or something. For children it was fun, me too.
