Paprika with a difference - simple and delicious

I've been getting great tips and recipes here for some time now! By the way, reading through the comments is also a super fun side effect: I laugh sometimes really broken, I swear :) What the side but really whistle!

So enough fun! So my debut today:

In Kosovo (half past half;) this kind of paprika preparation is commonplace. It is really delicious!


Man needs for 2-3 persons:

500 g of pointed pepper (there are now everywhere cheap)
2 cups of sour cream or sour cream
2 tablespoons oil
salt

Takes about 20 seconds per page. Then the hot peppers in a plastic bag or aluminum foil do and wait a few minutes, then the peppers can super easy skin! Now scrape the peeled fruits with a teaspoon and add a little salt through the opening. In a slightly deeper pan of oil, heat the peppers and add the sour cream or sour cream. Stir well and let boil briefly. With salt (if you like, you can add some garlic) to taste. Finished!

In addition fresh white bread! (Homemade or from the bakery next door :)
