Pork fillet stuffed with prunes

You need a fresh pork fillet of about 400 g, 200 g prunes

Carefully drill a kind of tunnel into the pork fillet with the thin handle of a wooden spoon. Just before the other end, so that you only have one opening. Now the fillet is filled with pitted prunes.

Now salt and pepper the whole filet.


Fry in a mixture of oil and butter all around, dust with flour.

Then in an ovenproof dish, pour some broth mixed with cream over it.

Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 200 degrees for 30 minutes in the oven.


Slice slices after cooking, add mashed potatoes and fried onion rings.

Season the sauce out of the pot again, if necessary, add salt and serve.
