Puff pastry with tuna filling

Fast food for lunch:

4 slices of puff pastry
1 can of tuna, drain
4 slices of cheese, minced or grated cheese
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 small tomatoes, small diced
1/2 small onion, finely diced
Salt pepper
1 yolk, some milk

Remove the puff pastry slices from the pack, lay them down individually, allow to thaw for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.

Mix tuna, cheese, ketchup, onions and tomatoes. Place a quarter of the mass on a puff pastry slice. Stir egg yolk with milk, lightly brush in the edges of the puff pastry slice, then fold into a bag, squeezing the edge. Place the filled bags on a cold rinsed baking tray and brush with the rest of the egg and milk mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes on the 2nd bar from below.

Goes fast, tastes spicy and is easily adaptable, so it is also suitable for the residual use of vegetables.
