Total preparation time: 35 min.
ingredients
- 500 g of low-fat quark
- 250 g butter
- 450 g of flour
- fresh apples
- powdered sugar
preparation
- Make a dough from the quark, the butter and the flour (knead together vigorously), wrap in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for about 1/2 hour.
- Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out, that it is about 1/2 centimeter thick.
- Peel the apples in quarter and cut the quarter pieces diagonally.
- Now cut out squares from the dough, put the pieces of apple on top and fold the edges of the squares together so that they meet at the top.
- Make a small ball out of a little dough and put it on top of the bag (keep a little bit of pressure holding everything together).
- Put the bags in the oven and bake until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- When they are still lukewarm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The bags also taste great when filled with jam.
