Rusk Berry Tiramisu

For a tiramisu extra spoon biscuits to buy, which we otherwise do not need anything I did not see one, the other day on a bran - rusk wrapper this version:

You take:

125 g mascarpone, 3 tablespoons yoghurt, 3 tablespoons low-fat quark, 1 cl eggnog, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 200 g mixed berries (TK-mixture is great) 4 crackers, 4 cl cherry liqueur u. Cocoa for dusting.

Mix the mascarpone, the yoghurt, cottage cheese, eggnog, vanilla sugar and sugar well, read the (fresh) berries, etc., thaw the TK berries only and place in serving bowls - drizzle the crackers with the cherry liqueur and put on the fruit, Distribute the mascarpone cream on top. Put in the fridge for a good hour and dust with cocoa before serving.

I was surprised how tasty it tasted with the biscuit and only make it with it.
