Schokokekse - super delicious and super light

This recipe can be prepared super and then "fresh" bake for coffee. You also taste really warm.

85 g of powdered sugar
20 g cocoa (real, without sugar)
165 g of soft butter
1 egg
275 g of flour
50 g of sugar to roll
