Splitter cake (sheet cake)

ingredients

Ground:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1/2 pck of baking powder

?Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until foamy, mix flour and baking powder and stir in the egg yolk sugar mixture.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes (chopstick sample).

Completion:

For covering:

  1. 3 eggs, 2 vanilla sugar, 250 g soft butter until frothy
  2. Add 250 g almond sticks and 200 g raisins
  3. Melt 125 g of coconut oil and stir lukewarm into the mixture
  4. Spread the whole on the cooled floor and allow to cool
  5. Then there is a chocolate topping, so again high in calories, but delicious
