Sweet and sour sauce with cola
An easy-to-make sweet-and-sour sauce for roast (poultry) or china dishes:
Pour 1/2 liter of cola into a saucepan and cook well. Then pour dry red wine and dark balsamic vinegar to taste and cook again.
For seasoning: crushed garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano or rosemary depending on the purpose.
Finally, you should tie the sauce a bit with dark sauce binder or cornstarch.
