Cabbage rolls for "Lazy"
I am in love cabbage rolls and right now, where the good herb will be back soon, but: I hate to wrap it. It also works differently: blanch the herb as usual, turn on the hack, (I still cut some herb fine and give it under the hack) free the cabbage leaves from the stalk and off you go. Lightly oil a pan (oven-proof), then cover with a layer of cabbage leaves, then a layer of the prepared spiced hack, complete twice with cabbage leaves and put it into the oven. Now I continue as if I made wrapped cabbage rolls, now and then pour some water over them. For a potato salad or who likes to add some sauce and a mashed potatoes. Tastes delicious, goes fast and easy.
