Cheese salad with fruit

I have a super delicious cheese salad made, arrived very well.

What you need for 3 people:

  • about 500 g of butter cheese, fresh from the cheese counter, alternatively sliced ​​cheese
  • 1 can of tangerines
  • 1 can of pineapple pieces
  • 1 glass of mayo
  • 1x frozen herbs of Provence alternative Italian herbs

This is how it is done:

  1. Dice the cheese, place the tangerines and pineapple in a sieve and drain, collect the juice of both and pick it up.
  2. Mayo to feel for the cheese and stir well.
  3. Now add pineapple and tangerine pieces, stir well again.
  4. Gradually add the herbs to taste, add some more herbs.
  5. Finally, some juice of tangerine and pineapple until the salad is creamy, but not too liquid.
  6. Let it soak for about 2 hours in the fridge, properly pull through. Before it is used, season it, if necessary spice it up, etc.

Personally, I really love this salad, especially since you can eat it again the next day, as long as it does not stand in the heat forever.

In addition I recommend homemade meatballs. Have a good appetite and have fun trying it out!
