Christmas rolls
I like to try out a lot (inspired by the many cooking programs). So also the Rinderrouladen with a something-admittedly deviant-other filling:
4 beef roulades are seasoned (at will) and filled with:
- diced ham
- onions
- pepper strips
- 3 - 4 pitted prunes.
Continue cooking as usual, i. sauté and simmer.
In the sauce then again diced prunes give - amount to taste!
Some do not like too much sweetness in a spicy sauce. We like it a lot!
