Do not wind unwound yarn by hand

When a spool falls from my hand and lands on the floor, a long thread winds up. Please do not wrap this by hand again around the bobbin to save yarn:

Prefer to do without 1 m of yarn: At a price for a high-quality sewing thread of perhaps EUR 2.60 / 100 m, this would correspond to a loss of max. 3 cents ...

There are exceptions to my suggestion: An elastic bobbin thread or a thread of special quality for a special work process (eg Smoken) is quite by hand wound on the bobbin ...
