Fast Sachertorte

Ingredients for a quick Sachertorte:

  • 200g soft Magarine
  • 300g sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 100g of flour
  • 1 pkg of baking powder
  • 4 pkg chocolate pudding powder
  • Apricot jam and chocolate icing

preparation

Simply place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with the mixer to a uniform mass. Pour into a cake tin and bake at 180 ° C for about 60min. After cooling, cut twice and fill with jam. Then warm the chocolate glaze and pour over it.

FINISHED!

This basic recipe can also be modified. Simply fill with cherry jam, whipped cream and sour cream. Garnish with cream. Already you have a kind of Black Forest cake!
