Fried oyster mushrooms - vegan

oyster mushrooms are a deliktes food and absolutely uncomplicated to prepare.

Per person one counts with approx. 300 g of this mushroom. I cut the stems just below the cap. (The stems are frozen along with other edible sections of the mushrooms until a corresponding amount has come together and then it is cooked from a mushroom stock as the basis for fine mushroom sauce or mushroom cream soup.) Nothing is lost!)

Olive oil is heated in a large pan and then the oyster mushroom caps are fried in it. Sprinkle the mushrooms with rosemary or thyme and pepper. After about 3 to 5 minutes take out and salt a little, sprinkle generously with freshly chopped parsley. Done is a meatless and fine food. This is either Baquette or rice or butter potato or or or ... which you just like it.
