Neck or neck dislocated

I'm from Cologne and everyone knows that you're always on the move in a big city. And some movements are quickly thought out and the body does not come along. Ergo, a twisted neck or neck is present. I had this on Monday (07.01.2013) on the neck / neck ... well, so must start a new year.

Now to the NO-GO tip: Some say, "Pull it over and keep it quiet, it will go away by itself." "Nöpp!" I say to that! I have eaten it and it did not get better. I chatted in bed and woke up every hour in pain. Please do not do that!

Now to my top tip: heat patches (pharmacy very expensive - with me 16,40 EUR, drugstore it may be cheaper) + morning and evening ibuprofen 400 mg.

Now it's like on "Cloud 7".

Short info by the way - who wants to know it in more detail; if not, you can stop reading here.

Use heat patches only for insensitive skin.

For sensitive skin or old skin (sorry ^ ^) wear a T-shirt under the heat patches.

Thermal patches can be worn overnight, but please test in advance over the day if it does not cause "burns" (sounds worse than it really is) or irritation and redness. PS: It's called "heat patches" and not "heat patches" ... so it's not hot, do not worry.

Please only use quality product. For health, money should not matter.

Plaster lasts up to 8 or 12 hours, arrives - as always - on the use.

Plaster can also be worn to work. It is with every movement. Have it tested on my work and my job is not at the office table.

After the shower or the mucklig-warm bath (which would be recommendable with a distorted tendon) the place really dry, otherwise the glue does not hold.

My recommendation: take ibuprofen only twice (morning and evening), otherwise you will get tired.

So that's it ... get well soon and of course "let it go well!"
