Orange marmalade with star anise and cinnamon

Here is my absolute favorite recipe orange marmalade

1kg freshly squeezed orange juice
5oo g jam sugar 2: 1
star anise
cinnamon sticks

Put the orange juice and the gelling sugar in a saucepan and dissolve for about 3 hours and stir occasionally. Then cook for about 10 minutes. (If it is not firm enough, add a packet of cake sauce)

Put in hot-rinsed glasses and put into each jar a star anise and a cinnamon stick. Then close the jars and turn them upside down for about 10 minutes. Delicious also with pancakes.
