Peppermint Chocolate Cake, the Delicate

1 P. baking powder

1 rum flavor

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C with circulating air, top and bottom heat 175 ° C.

Grease cake ring or gugelhupf mold and sprinkle well with wheat flour.

Mix the sugar, eggs and margarine until the dough is light and creamy. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk and rum flavor and stir well for another five minutes.


Finally, stir in the chopped chocolate chips. Bake the dough in the baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
