Put in turkey itself
You need: turkey meat, buttermilk, salt, pepper, depending on the flavor curry powder / Knobi
First I cut the meat into schnitzel.
Now you have to mix buttermilk, salt, pepper and, depending on your taste, knobi or curry powder (plenty of it) and place the meat in it for about 24 hours. Best cover and put in the fridge.
The next day grilling the meat or roast. Have tried the recipe a few years ago, and we liked it very much! Can also freeze great!
