Refined potato salad with meat sausage - fast and delicious

You take

  • 1 cup potato salad (preferably with yogurt), for about 10 people 500 g cup
  • about 20-30 small potatoes, preferably already 1 day before cook
  • 1 green cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3-4 gherkins
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chives (fresh, frozen or dried)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 well heaped El mustard
  • Pepper, salt to taste
  • Meat sausage (I like to take poultry meat sausage), quantity at will
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of yogurt yogurt

Now it starts

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Now pour almost boiling water and place in a sieve or punch. Drain and return to the bowl.
  2. Now add the salad from the pack, dice the gherkins, chopped tomatoes and grated green cucumber. Everything first on top of it.
  3. Now in a tall container of mashed onion, spices, yogurt, mustard and a Schwups cucumber water with the blender.
  4. Taste it, but do not immediately spice it up, because the true taste comes only after the great mixing procedure.
  5. Now add the mixture to the ingredients in the bowl and mix with "feeling"! Do not forget chives rolls, purely with it.
  6. If you like, you can also chop radish in small pieces.
  7. The best taste of the potato salad, if it was cold for at least 4 hours, then season again and possibly season. I always prepare it 1 day before and put it in the fridge, then he is pulled through nicely.

A tip on that

I still give 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander (may be less), you can not taste it, but it ensures that there are no digestive problems. Incidentally, this is true at any court, is really helpful.

I overflow the trick with the potato slices from my mother-in-law, so that the other ingredients are better connected (smoother is perhaps better said).
