Zucchini-tomato-pan: super easy & delicious

Depending on how much you want to eat, you buy the following:

ingredients

  • rice
  • Turkey (or whatever you like, you have to cut it like sliced ​​meat)
  • olive oil
  • zucchini
  • Peppers (no matter what colors)
  • tomatoes
  • 1-3 eggs
  • Spices like salt, paprika, black pepper and if you prefer sharper, try Chilli

Then it starts

Cook your rice like on the pack and do not forget the salt! While the rice is cooking, take a pan or pot of your ingredients. There you make olive oil pure, until almost the soil is covered. Now the meat is added and the whole is sautéed with spices. The vegetables are cut nicely and if the meat is nicely cross, add a little bit more olive oil.

Now comes gradually to the vegetables: first paprika (and then immediately after lid on it), then zucchini, then tomato. With the lid closed and low to medium heat, simmer this way! Every now and then you have to stir. In between, you can ever mix the eggs in a cup with a fork and give it as quiet and spice again! If the pan / pot contents are pretty mushy, take the lid down and stir the egg!

Cook the whole thing again until the egg is firm. Now the rice should be ready! Either you touch him or you make it comfortable on the plate.
