A particularly delicious and refreshing salad
... quickly prepared from inexpensive ingredients, looks appetizing and always goes down well.
300g TK peas
1 bunch of radishes
1 can of corn
1 bunch of spring onions
Only thaw peas, slices of radish into very thin slices, cut spring onions into fine rings, drain corn well.
Marinade of salad mustard and yogurt (3.5% fat) in equal parts, with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar to taste. If you like, you can add a dash of Angostura.
You can prepare everything well, but mix the marinade with the vegetable ingredients just before serving, otherwise the salad becomes watery.
Another tip: To thaw the peas on a fresh cloth spread, so no defrost water to the salad.
