Apple and cinnamon crunchies (breakfast recipe)

ingredients
- 1 kg wholegrain oatmeal
- 125 g coconut flakes
- 250 g finely grated nuts (for example almonds, peanuts or hazelnuts)
- 125 g of sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix these ingredients in a large bowl.
- 125 ml of honey
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
preparation
- Mix honey, sugar and oil and add to the flake / nut mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Spread on two large greased baking sheets and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 175 ° C (with preheating), stirring occasionally.
- Then add: 200 to 250 g of finely chopped dried apples (available as apple rings, for example).
- Store in well-closed containers in the refrigerator.
- The crunchies can be eaten alone or with milk.
