Eggnog without cooking

6 yolk
1/2 kg of powdered sugar
1/4 l spirit of wine
1/2 l of milk
1/4 l of cognac
2-3 pkg. Vanilla sugar

Eggs and milk should not be too cold, take some time out of the fridge! Mix the yolk, icing sugar and vanilla sugar well with the blender. CAUTION, do not beat too frothy! Then add the rest. Mix at the lowest level until sugar mixture is dissolved. Bottling and ready - is about 1.5 liters.

Tip: give e.g. Milk first, then mix and then only the rest - SPRAY HAZARD.
