Form a dough out of the flour with a little milk. Slowly bring about 1 liter of water to a boil with salt. At this time already, in which the water heats, pluck small doughs from the dough into the water. When the water boils, cook the lumps in them until they float up to the surface of the water. Drain off water and leave in the pot of cooking water about 1 cm, fill with milk, stir in butter and boil briefly with the sugar. Serve soup with buttered bread.
