Pancake rolls with feta cream filling
ingredients
Pancakes:
- 8 heaped tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- some Milk
- 1 sip of sparkling water
Filling:
- 1 piece of feta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream / sour cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt, pepper, curry powder
- Who likes it: shot of lemon juice
That's how it's done
- Crumble feta with a fork and place in a large bowl. Schmand to it, stir smoothly.
- Cut the fresh herbs into small pieces and add. Mix everything well.
- Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. (Maybe add a dash of lemon juice, who likes.) Cold.
- Mix a pancake batter with flour, eggs, milk and a sip of sparkling water.
- Bake thinly with a little fat in a pan. The amount gives 3-4 thin pancakes.
- Put the finished pancakes on a board and coat each one thinly with the feta cream.
- Roll up and slice at an angle.
- In addition there was with us a large mixed salad.
