Russian eggs: low in fat and high in fat

I have not found this recipe yet. That's why I hope it tastes good.

For 10 high-fat Russian eggs:

ingredients

  • 5 hard-boiled and cooled eggs
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Peel and halve the eggs, then squeeze out or spoon the egg yolk and stir together with the butter, mustard and spices (it is best to use a fork).
  2. Put the mass in a spout and fill half the eggs with it.

For 10 low-fat Russian eggs:

ingredients

  • 5 hard-boiled and cooled eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (low-fat)
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • Pepper salt

preparation

  1. The egg yolk is stirred again with the other ingredients and injected into the egg halves.
  2. It tastes of salmon and a bit of Meeretich.
  3. This is the basic recipe for Russian eggs and can be changed arbitrarily.

My family always likes it the best, because we like the mustard flavor.


The eggs can be prepared well and taste the day after very well, a cooling vorrausgestellt!

For newbies in such matters: The eggs should be cut vertically, ie on the longer side, so that they just remain lying.
