Sophie's Granny Egg (a fix tasty Omlette)

FOREWORD: Recently I was almost starving, but no one was home to open the front door. So I was forced to confront my grandmother (who, of course, lives nearby) with my hunger. Since hungry eyes like to see what they get - and because it tastes really good - I'd like to introduce it to you here. RECIPE: Take: A pan, a huge piece of butter (60 grams may already be), three eggs and instant (vegetable) broth. First mix the egg with one or two teaspoons of instant broth. Hui! Already salt and herbs (and possibly flavor enhancers;)) in the mixture. Now just let the pan with the butter in it get hot (so that the butter melts, but not yet brown). Put the egg mixture in the pan and then do nothing. That means: wait for the egg to finish. It may still be a bit (!) Moist above. In no case turn (spoils the hot taste). As soon as the egg has curdled to a large extent, put it on a plate, add the remaining butter (for particularly body-conscious contemporaries) on top and eat with a knife and fork. Then absorb the fat with a slice of bread. Well. I know that an ayurveda diet does not let that happen, but I'm not talking about dieting anyway. You finally have to show what you have: D
