Spaghetti con le Polpette (meatballs pasta)

Spaghetti con le Polpette: The very lazy squeeze out of a sausage the hack and proceed as in the recipe, but a real Italian would never do that!
ingredients
- 300 g of spaghetti
- 400 g Passata di pomodoro (Passed tomatoes)
- 400 g hack
- 1 small onion
- 1 small potato
- 1 egg
- 1 hot pepper
- white flour
- tomato paste
- parsley
- basil
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Mince the parsley and onions and mix with the minced meat
- Potato, peel, cook, crush and mix with the hack
- Add the egg, salt, pepper into about 20 nut-sized balls form
- Dice the balls with flour and fry in olive oil until golden brown
- Remove the meatballs from the stock and place the Passatadi pomodoro with the pepperoni in the bottom
- Dissolve the tomato paste in hot pasta water, add, and bring to a boil
- Cook spaghetti
- After basil pouring basil in the bottom, salt and pepper
- Mix the stock, spaghetti and meatballs and leave for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with plenty of chopped basil and Parmesan cheese at will
