Tuscan Philadelphia soup
500-700g minced
Chop 1x paprika mix (green, yellow, red)
2x tomato soup Toscana by Maggi or Knorr
3-4 onions
1.5 liters of meat broth
2x Philadelphia cheese
Fry the minced meat and onions, add the peppers later and let it boil.
Simmer in the pot broth + tomato soup + cheese. Add the fried minced meat. Finished!
The name of the soup comes naturally from the ingredients, not that anyone asks again if it's from Tuscany :-)
