Child-friendly (non-alcoholic) cheese fondue

Ingredients for cheese fondue 3-4 people:

Heat 1 / 4l milk + 30 g butter in the caquelon slowly

Melt 400 g of grated Emmentaler + 200 g of grated buttered cheese in liquid
stir evenly so that the cheese dissolves


with nutmeg, freshly ground pepper, salt (if the cheese is very mild) and a pinch of sugar. Should it be necessary to combine with some cornstarch 1/2 -1 tbsp + "a sip" of milk.

Add finely chopped parsley and chives.

Then on Recheau and bring to table.


In addition: the usual bread cubes, also boiled potatoes, smoked ham, and small Fleischküchle (so in cherry size or walnut size) - can skewer everything and dip into the cheese.

There is a hot tea with us (sometimes a black), because it is more compatible and not so difficult in the stomach, as after cold drinks.

So it is really suitable for children and very delicious.
