Oatcookies tart with fruit filling (without baking)

One does not always like to turn on the oven, but somehow still has an appetite for something sweet, then I have the following suggestion, which I have tried and find delicious.


The whole thing is done very easily and quickly.

ingredients

For 16 pieces:

  • 2 packs of oat cookies (top with chocolate)
  • 500 ml of apricot juice (I had made apricot compote myself and taken the juice from it)
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 200 ml of cream

preparation

  1. Heat the juice (do not need to boil), dissolve the gelatin soaked in cold water and well expressed in it and chill in the cold water bath until it starts to gel.
  2. This mass is deleted between two cookies. (The lower cookie with the chocolate side down and the upper cookie with the chocolate side up).
  3. The upper side is again coated with the "jelly" thin.
  4. You can also take any other juice directly to it.
  5. On top is then the stiff whipped cream deleted and the tartlets veriert with bittersweet raspberry chocolate.
  6. Cool in the fridge overnight and then enjoy.

The tartlets are made in 15 minutes, if you ignore the gelling time.
