If you have breaded schnitzel or cordon bleu left, it's always a bit dumb with warming up and also a bit boring because days in a row eat the same. I always do the following:

I cut the schnitzel into small cubes and mix with 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of sour cream and some milk. Then it is seasoned with salt and pepper, then I give the mixture in a casserole dish and put it at 220 ° C top and bottom heat for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven.
