Wan Tan Happen with meat filling from the Muffinform

In this recipe, the Chinese Wan Tan noodle dough meets an Italian tomato sauce and is still baked with cheese.

In the muffin form it is cooked in no time and a crunchy snack to tomato salad.

You need two Wan Tan leaves per thawed muffin, thawed. The Wan Tan noodles are sold in small packs in the Asia shop, very reasonably priced. It is best to put a damp kitchen towel on the noodle leaves so that they do not dry out during preparation.

You need:

  • 1 coarse sausage and 200 g ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 50 g of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • Salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar to taste
  • 150 g mozzarella, grated - to gratinate

Preparation:

The bratwurst is squeezed out of the pelle and roasted in a pan with the meat, onion, tomato paste and spices.

A muffin mold is oiled, then slide the appetizers easier out. In each well, place two Wan Tan leaves crosswise. Then 1 to 2 tablespoons of the meat fill and on top of the grated cheese.

In the preheated oven at about 180 degrees, the Wan Tan snacks are now baked for about 10 minutes, until the Wan Tans have brown tips and the cheese has melted. Place the mold on a wet kitchen towel, then the appetizers will slip out of the wells.
